This project involved the end-to-end design of an internal loan application module for Darvin Box, a leading HR tech platform. The goal was to craft a seamless and intuitive experience that empowers employees to explore, apply for, and manage various types of company-backed loans with ease. The solution had to balance user-friendliness with organizational compliance, providing clarity at every step—from loan selection to co-maker approval and final submission.
The design was inspired by modern enterprise UX principles—clean, functional, and trustworthy. I used a structured layout with intuitive navigation, complemented by a neutral, corporate-friendly color palette that aligns with Darvin Box’s brand identity. Emphasis was placed on clarity and guidance, ensuring employees could move through the multi-step loan process without confusion. Key components like the EMI calculator, document upload progress, and co-maker approvals were designed with microinteractions to improve usability and feedback.
The module was designed with scalability and accessibility in mind, using a component-based UI system for consistency across the portal. Interactive prototypes were shared with stakeholders for feedback, and the final designs were developer-friendly for smooth handoff.
